He has over 20 years of experience in diverse organizations ranging from a mid-size private healthcare alliance company to a larger Fortune 500 Corporation. Prior to starting his Coaching and Consulting business, Tyree spent 10 years in Human Resource Leadership coaching senior executives and senior level managers and 11 years in Law Enforcement where he served as Captain of Police Operations and was a trained hostage negotiator.
Tyree challenges his clients to think differently to achieve the results they want. His straightforward, direct approach combined with his enthusiastic tone of voice and inspirational perspective, makes the coaching process both challenging and empowering. Tyree believes, “coaching propels people to action while helping them gain greater self awareness, making goal achievement possible.”
